For some services, you are able to disable the Auto Renew feature within your Manage My Account portal in the Subscriptions section. From here you can select the option to “Cancel Auto-Renew”
You will then be asked to confirm the Auto-Renew cancellation. If you later decide you would like to turn the feature back on, you would need to contact Customer Service to do so.
