Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. is a well-financed, emerging precious metals company with district scale, advanced, high grade gold assets in one of the world’s newest, politically stable mining jurisdictions: Nunavut, Canada.
Sabina released a Feasibility Study on its 100% owned Back River Gold Project which presents a project that has been designed on a fit-for purpose basis, with the potential to produce ~200,000 ounces a year for ~11 years with a rapid payback of 2.9 years (see “Technical Report for the Initial Project Feasibility Study on the Back River Gold Property, Nunavut, Canada” dated October 28, 2015). At a US$1,150 gold price and a 0.80 (US$:C$) exchange rate, the Study delivers a potential after tax internal rate of return of approximately 24.2% with an initial CAPEX of $415 million.
The Company has received a Back River Project Certificate and is now applying for the various work licenses and permits required. In addition, significant pre-development works have been completed at the Project’ marine lay down area and a first sea lift with equipment and supplies has been received.
In addition to Back River, Sabina also owns a significant silver royalty on Glencore’s Hackett River Project. The silver royalty on Hackett River’s silver production is comprised of 22.5% of the first 190 million ounces produced and 12.5% of all silver produced thereafter.

Presenter: Frank Holmes is CEO and chief investment officer of U.S. Global Investors. Mr. Holmes purchased a controlling interest in U.S. Global Investors in 1989 and became the firm's chief investment officer in 1999. In 2006, Mr. Holmes was selected mining fund manager of the year by The Mining Journal. He is also the co-author of The Goldwatcher: Demystifying Gold Investing. More than 30,000 subscribers follow his weekly commentary in the award-winning Investor Alert newsletter, which is read in more than 180 countries.
Under his guidance, the company's mutual funds have received recognition from Lipper and Morningstar, two trusted independent financial authorities. In 2015, Mr. Holmes led the company into the exchange-traded fund (ETF) business with the launch of the U.S. Global Jets ETF, which invests in the global airline sector. At the end of June, 2017, USGI launched its very first gold ETF which is based around the gold royalty model – the U.S. Global GO GOLD and Precious Metal Miners ETF (ticker symbol GOAU). In 2013, Mr. Holmes was awarded the Huron Medal of Distinction from Huron University College, his alma mater, for the class of 1978. This award recognizes individuals whose life achievements set an example of excellence and reflect Huron's arts and social sciences missions. He is a native of Toronto and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a bachelor's degree in economics. The conference begins at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 25, with a full day of meetings, ending with a welcome reception from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Then there will be sessions all day Friday, and on Saturday, the conference will end at 12:30 p.m.
You should plan to check in on Wednesday, October 24, and you can either depart on Saturday, October 27, or enjoy the resort in the afternoon on Saturday and depart October 28. Our group rates at the hotel are good three days prior and three days after the conference.

Conference attire is business casual. The hotel and conference rooms are air-conditioned and kept cool, so please bring a light sweater or jacket with you.
There is no charge for any cancellations before September 25, 2018. There is a $300 fee for any cancellations that occur between September 25, 2018–October 11, 2018. If you cancel after October 11, 2018 or you are a no-show to the conference, you will not get a refund.
