To change your username, go to the Customer Self Service Portal. Under the “My Account” section, select the “Email” box and then enter a different email address. Once that’s complete, you will be prompted with the following:
Once you make your selections and click “Update,” you will then receive an email from a WordPress address, email@example.com titled “Email address change request.” Please click the link that reads “Click here to confirm.” To change your email address and/or username in the Customer Self Service Portal, please click here.
To change your password, go to the Customer Self Service Portal. Select the “Change Password” section. This will allow you to update the password you use to login. You will have to enter the existing password, then enter the new password twice. To go there now, click here.
In the Customer Self Service Portal, you can go to the “Subscriptions” section to view all of our paid subscriptions. The ones you are subscribed to will have a status of “Active.” To go there now, click here.
Alternatively, if you click “Subscriptions” at the top of the page, a drop-down of all of our publications will appear. Ones you are subscribed to will have a check mark next to them.
In the Customer Self Service Portal, you can go to the “Subscriptions” section to view all of your paid subscriptions, including when the current term expires. You can also renew current subscriptions and subscribe to new services in this section. To go there now, click here.
