Our VIP Trading Specialists are able to answer questions about our Trading Services and Elite Memberships. If you have questions about or would like to join one of these services, please give them a call at 877-211-3024, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 7 PM EST. If you have questions about about or would like to join one of our Newsletters, please give Customer Service a call at 888-384-8339, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST. Customer Service is also able to assist you with any account issues you may be having.
Once you’ve logged in, at the top of your screen next to “My Account” there will be an orange bubble with the number of unread alerts inside of it (if you have any). When you click this bubble, a drop-down of all of your unread alerts will appear.
Alternatively, if you click “My Account” at the top of your screen then “View Your Subscriptions,” you will be directed to a page that lists all of our publications. Ones you are subscribed to will have a check mark next to them and if there’s any unread alerts also small orange bubble. If you click this bubble, you will be directed to your subscription page, where the unread alerts will be bolded.
