The Customer Self-Service Portal is a tool that allows you to change your:
- Basic account information
- Passwords
- Subscription settings
- And more.
It also helps you keep track of the expiration dates for your paid subscriptions.
Go to the Customer Self Service Portal under the “My Account” section. Here you can change your name, phone number, and address. To go there now, click here.

To change your password, go to the Customer Self Service Portal. Select the “Change Password” section. This will allow you to update the password you use to login. You will have to enter the existing password, then enter the new password twice. To go there now, click here.
In My Account, you can go to the Subscriptions tab to view all of our paid subscriptions. Current subscriptions show an Active status.

Another way to review active publication is by going to the Subscriptions tab in the main navigation on www.moneymappress.com. Active subscriptions show an orange check-mark next to the publication name.

If you want to cancel one of your paid subscriptions, then you will need to contact us.
In the Customer Self-Service Portal, you can go to the Subscriptions section to view all of your paid subscriptions, including when the current term expires.
You can also renew current subscriptions and subscribe to new services in this section.
Common Investing Questions
Most often, we’ll be buying straight calls or puts. This is the simplest kind of options trading. When there aren’t any good call or put recommendations available, however, I may recommend a spread trade. This involves buying and selling two options at the same time, on the same order ticket. You can find all the details of placing these spread trades, which I refer to as Loophole Trades, in this guide.
With some brokerage platforms, there is set number of strike prices that are listed by default (typically between 5-10 are shown). Your brokerage platform should have the option to increase that limit of how many you can see at one time. If you hover around the settings/filter of your options window, you should be able to increase the number of displayed strike prices.
If you are brand new to investing, you will need to work with a brokerage firm in order to place any trades we recommend. We have a complimentary list of brokers on our website. We get this question a lot, and it’s impossible to answer, because every investor’s objectives and risk tolerance are different.
The short answer: That’s entirely up to you and your broker.
In general, we do recommend two risk management principles: 1) following a “position sizing” discipline that works for you and 2) using trailing stops to protect your principal and your profits. Beyond that, we can’t offer any advice about how much to invest in any position.
One rule of thumb you may want to follow is to make certain you don’t have any more than 2% of your risk capital exposed to any single investment (unless specifically advised by the editor). Studies show that this helps keep risk down to palatable levels, while still allowing you to build a diversified risk portfolio capable of stellar performance over time.
When your 2% max investment is combined with a 25% trailing stop, you should never lose more than 0.5% of the value of your total portfolio on any one play. Let’s say you have $100,000 to invest. The max you would put into any position is $2,000. And with a 25% trailing stop, the most you could ever lose in that play is $500 (1/200th of your total).
When it comes to controlling risk and position sizing, there are many rules, but one trumps them all… don’t play the game if you don’t have the cash to back it up.

Within the Research Reports tab of any of your subscriptions, you are given the options to save, print, and/or download an article. To save one so that you can read it later on our website or app, simply click save.

In order to access saved articles you’ll need to click “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen then “View My Saved Articles.” From here you can read your saved articles as well as remove articles from your reading list. Whenever you join a new service, your account must be refreshed. To do this, click the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page then select “Log Out”. You will then be directed to our login page where you will need to enter your username and password to log back in. Once you have logged in, you should see a check mark next to your new subscription when you click on the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of your screen.
Once you’ve logged in, at the top of your screen next to “My Account” there will be an orange bubble with the number of unread alerts inside of it (if you have any). When you click this bubble, a drop-down of all of your unread alerts will appear.

Alternatively, if you click “My Account” at the top of your screen then “View Your Subscriptions,” you will be directed to a page that lists all of our publications. Ones you are subscribed to will have a check mark next to them and if there’s any unread alerts also small orange bubble. If you click this bubble, you will be directed to your subscription page, where the unread alerts will be bolded.

We get this question a lot, and it’s impossible to answer, because every investor’s objectives and risk tolerance are different.
The short answer: That’s entirely up to you and your broker.
In general, we do recommend two risk management principles: 1) following a “position sizing” discipline that works for you and 2) using trailing stops to protect your principal and your profits. Beyond that, we can’t offer any advice about how much to invest in any position.
One rule of thumb you may want to follow is to make certain you don’t have any more than 2% of your risk capital exposed to any single investment (unless specifically advised by the editor). Studies show that this helps keep risk down to palatable levels, while still allowing you to build a diversified risk portfolio capable of stellar performance over time.
When your 2% max investment is combined with a 25% trailing stop, you should never lose more than 0.5% of the value of your total portfolio on any one play. Let’s say you have $100,000 to invest. The max you would put into any position is $2,000. And with a 25% trailing stop, the most you could ever lose in that play is $500 (1/200th of your total).
When it comes to controlling risk and position sizing, there are many rules, but one trumps them all… don’t play the game if you don’t have the cash to back it up.

- If you see an option to Cancel Auto Renew, then click the “Cancel Auto Renew”.

- A modal pop up saying “Are you sure you want to cancel auto renewal?” Click yes, if you wish to continue.
- You should now see a new message as shown below.

- Please check the page in 24-48 to ensure your automatic renewal has been turned off.

Subscriptions
Within the Research Reports tab of any of your subscriptions, you are given the options to save, print, and/or download an article. To save one so that you can read it later on our website or app, simply click save.

In order to access saved articles you’ll need to click “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen then “View My Saved Articles.” From here you can read your saved articles as well as remove articles from your reading list. Articles saved on our site will appear within the “Saved” tab on our app as well.

Each subscription on the Money Map Press website has its own Dashboard page. This is where you will find all the features offered by each service, including Research Reports, the Portfolio, and any Media that the editor has released. The Dashboard will always open to an Overview tab with the latest updates and issues. Next to the Overview tab, the other sections of the Dashboard may include:
- Portfolio: Current snapshot of the editor’s open portfolio, including ticker symbols, prices, and trade instructions. You can click “Read More” in the Notes section to get more information on a specific trade.
- Updates: Record of alerts sent out via email, including recent issues, trade alerts and announcements.
- Research Reports: Collection of special reports associated with the service, detailing background information on getting started and the inner workings of a service, or extra opportunities outside of the typical investment strategy offered by the publication.
- Media: Archive of videos that may contain educational material, editor roundtables, or podcasts.
- More: Dropdown tab that includes extra features offered by the service which may encompass Subscribe to Text Alerts, Glossaries, or Archives.
Whenever you join a new service, your account must be refreshed. To do this, click the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page then select “Log Out”. You will then be directed to our login page where you will need to enter your username and password to log back in. Once you have logged in, you should see a check mark next to your new subscription when you click on the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of your screen.
For all of our services, you will receive your first email alert within one week. If you are a Energy Advantage, Money Map Report, Nova-X Report, or Fast Fortune Club subscriber, your first mailed issue will be delivered approximately one month after your subscription start date.
Website
With our Portfolio Tracker, you can easily track all the stocks you care about on a single, customizable dashboard. This tool allows you to:
- Track real-time pricing.
- Receive email alerts when a stock is given an action alert, such as a buy or sell.
- Import all of your subscriptions’ portfolios.
If you would like to add a stock from your personal portfolio, you can search for the company name or ticker symbol. Simply click the company name in the search results to add it to the tracker. If you would like to import an editor’s current portfolio, you can select the “Import From Your Subscriptions” tab. You can then select the publication you would like to track from the list. To go to Portfolio Tracker now, click here.
Security programs enabled on your computer or Browser settings may prohibit access to Money Map Press content or render a security warning. These warnings are caused by a number of factors. Cache stores temporary files, such as Web pages and other online media, that your browser downloaded from the Internet. A cache can speed up page loading and site performance.
If you’re experiencing inconsistent issues accessing content on the website you may want to try “clearing your cache”. Clearing your cache and cookies will erase your settings from websites you visit regularly. Some effects of clearing cache are:
- Websites may load a little slower on the first visit afterward, since images and content have to be reloaded
- If you opted to have certain websites remember your login information (username and/or password), this may be cleared from your browser’s memory. You will have to type in the login information and sign in again to access your account on the website(s).
For your convenience we’ve included instructions on how to clear your cache for Chrome and Mozilla / Firefox.
You may not be able to access the information included with your subscription for one of three common reasons:
- If you are trying to locate a special report or research report, you have access to all the reports for the service(s) to which you are subscribed. Please log onto moneymappress.com. Once you log in, select the newsletter or trading service to which you are subscribed from the list on the screen. All of the available resources and content will then appear below. Then select “Research Reports” which will take you to a full list of available reports for that service.
- If you have just added a new subscription to your account, you will have to refresh your account to access any new special reports. To do this, click the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page then select “Log Out”. You will then be directed to our login page where you will need to enter your username and password to log back in. Once you have logged in, you should see a check mark next to your new subscription when you click on the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of your screen.
- If you are having trouble downloading the PDF version of the reports and issues, you may want to update your Adobe software. It’s free and safe to use. To download Adobe, click this link: get.adobe.com/reader. We also provide a HTML-friendly version of most of our publications for your convenience, which you can find on the same website with the PDF version.

The Customer Self-Service Portal is a tool that allows you to change your:

To change your password, go to the Customer Self Service Portal. Select the “Change Password” section. This will allow you to update the password you use to login. You will have to enter the existing password, then enter the new password twice. To go there now, click here.
In My Account, you can go to the Subscriptions tab to view all of our paid subscriptions. Current subscriptions show an Active status.

Another way to review active publication is by going to the Subscriptions tab in the main navigation on www.moneymappress.com. Active subscriptions show an orange check-mark next to the publication name.

If you want to cancel one of your paid subscriptions, then you will need to contact us.
In the Customer Self-Service Portal, you can go to the Subscriptions section to view all of your paid subscriptions, including when the current term expires.
You can also renew current subscriptions and subscribe to new services in this section.

With some brokerage platforms, there is set number of strike prices that are listed by default (typically between 5-10 are shown). Your brokerage platform should have the option to increase that limit of how many you can see at one time. If you hover around the settings/filter of your options window, you should be able to increase the number of displayed strike prices.

We get this question a lot, and it’s impossible to answer, because every investor’s objectives and risk tolerance are different.
The short answer: That’s entirely up to you and your broker.
In general, we do recommend two risk management principles: 1) following a “position sizing” discipline that works for you and 2) using trailing stops to protect your principal and your profits. Beyond that, we can’t offer any advice about how much to invest in any position.
One rule of thumb you may want to follow is to make certain you don’t have any more than 2% of your risk capital exposed to any single investment (unless specifically advised by the editor). Studies show that this helps keep risk down to palatable levels, while still allowing you to build a diversified risk portfolio capable of stellar performance over time.
When your 2% max investment is combined with a 25% trailing stop, you should never lose more than 0.5% of the value of your total portfolio on any one play. Let’s say you have $100,000 to invest. The max you would put into any position is $2,000. And with a 25% trailing stop, the most you could ever lose in that play is $500 (1/200th of your total).
When it comes to controlling risk and position sizing, there are many rules, but one trumps them all… don’t play the game if you don’t have the cash to back it up.

Within the Research Reports tab of any of your subscriptions, you are given the options to save, print, and/or download an article. To save one so that you can read it later on our website or app, simply click save.

In order to access saved articles you’ll need to click “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen then “View My Saved Articles.” From here you can read your saved articles as well as remove articles from your reading list. Whenever you join a new service, your account must be refreshed. To do this, click the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page then select “Log Out”. You will then be directed to our login page where you will need to enter your username and password to log back in. Once you’ve logged in, at the top of your screen next to “My Account” there will be an orange bubble with the number of unread alerts inside of it (if you have any). When you click this bubble, a drop-down of all of your unread alerts will appear.

Ones you are subscribed to will have a check mark next to them and if there’s any unread alerts also small orange bubble. We get this question a lot, and it’s impossible to answer, because every investor’s objectives and risk tolerance are different.
The short answer: That’s entirely up to you and your broker.
In general, we do recommend two risk management principles: 1) following a “position sizing” discipline that works for you and 2) using trailing stops to protect your principal and your profits. Beyond that, we can’t offer any advice about how much to invest in any position.
One rule of thumb you may want to follow is to make certain you don’t have any more than 2% of your risk capital exposed to any single investment (unless specifically advised by the editor). Studies show that this helps keep risk down to palatable levels, while still allowing you to build a diversified risk portfolio capable of stellar performance over time.
When your 2% max investment is combined with a 25% trailing stop, you should never lose more than 0.5% of the value of your total portfolio on any one play. Let’s say you have $100,000 to invest. The max you would put into any position is $2,000. And with a 25% trailing stop, the most you could ever lose in that play is $500 (1/200th of your total).
When it comes to controlling risk and position sizing, there are many rules, but one trumps them all… don’t play the game if you don’t have the cash to back it up.

Notifications
It is easy to subscribe and unsubscribe from our free subscription services.
In the Money Map Press My Account area, you can view your free eLetter subscription status.
Use the “Turn On” and “Turn Off” toggles to add and remove free e-letters from your account.

You will be prompted to once you make a selection to confirm the change.
If you would like to receive a text message when an editor puts out a new alert, you can find the option to Subscribe to Text Alerts in the More tab of the Dashboard. To learn more about the Dashboard, click here. Please be aware that the Nova-X Report and Money Map Report do not support text alerts at this time. You may also click the name of a service below to go to the text alerts page now.
Your phone number may be blocked from being added to our text alert lists. To unblock your phone number, please text the word HELP to 70272, follow the prompts, then try subscribing to text alerts for your services again. You can also reach out to your cell phone provider for further assistance.
If you would like to stop receiving text alerts, please text the word STOP to 70272 and follow the prompts. This will discontinue the delivery of all text alerts from Money Map Press.
To start, add the address in the “From” line of your Money Map Press emails to your address book. Your email service provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and others) can provide more information about adding an email to your address book.
If you are still having trouble receiving emails from us, then go through the steps to whitelist to ensure your email provider is not flagging our emails as spam.
If you are continue to have issues with receiving email, then please contact us.

If you wish to cancel automatic renewal on a publication you can do so by submitting a request via our customer service form or by email or phone, as listed here.
For certain publications, we also offer the ability to cancel automatic renewal via the My Account portal.
Steps to cancel auto renew in the My Account portal for qualifying subscriptions
If your subscription does not have the cancel auto renew option, then please contact customer service.
- Go to the My Account portal. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel.
- If you see an option to Cancel Auto Renew, then click the “Cancel Auto Renew”.

- A modal pop up saying “Are you sure you want to cancel auto renewal?” Click yes, if you wish to continue.
- You should now see a new message as shown below.

- Please check the page in 24-48 to ensure your automatic renewal has been turned off.

- You should also receive an email from our Customer Service team confirming automatic renew has been turned off.

Subscriptions
Within the Research Reports tab of any of your subscriptions, you are given the options to save, print, and/or download an article. To save one so that you can read it later on our website or app, simply click save.

In order to access saved articles you’ll need to click “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen then “View My Saved Articles.” From here you can read your saved articles as well as remove articles from your reading list. Articles saved on our site will appear within the “Saved” tab on our app as well.

Each subscription on the Money Map Press website has its own Dashboard page. This is where you will find all the features offered by each service, including Research Reports, the Portfolio, and any Media that the editor has released. The Dashboard will always open to an Overview tab with the latest updates and issues. Next to the Overview tab, the other sections of the Dashboard may include:
- Portfolio: Current snapshot of the editor’s open portfolio, including ticker symbols, prices, and trade instructions. You can click “Read More” in the Notes section to get more information on a specific trade.
- Updates: Record of alerts sent out via email, including recent issues, trade alerts and announcements.
- Research Reports: Collection of special reports associated with the service, detailing background information on getting started and the inner workings of a service, or extra opportunities outside of the typical investment strategy offered by the publication.
- Media: Archive of videos that may contain educational material, editor roundtables, or podcasts.
- More: Dropdown tab that includes extra features offered by the service which may encompass Subscribe to Text Alerts, Glossaries, or Archives.
Whenever you join a new service, your account must be refreshed. To do this, click the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page then select “Log Out”. You will then be directed to our login page where you will need to enter your username and password to log back in. Once you have logged in, you should see a check mark next to your new subscription when you click on the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of your screen.
For all of our services, you will receive your first email alert within one week. If you are a Energy Advantage, Money Map Report, Nova-X Report, or Fast Fortune Club subscriber, your first mailed issue will be delivered approximately one month after your subscription start date.

- Import all of your subscriptions’ portfolios.
If you would like to add a stock from your personal portfolio, you can search for the company name or ticker symbol. Simply click the company name in the search results to add it to the tracker. If you would like to import an editor’s current portfolio, you can select the “Import From Your Subscriptions” tab. You can then select the publication you would like to track from the list. Security programs enabled on your computer or Browser settings may prohibit access to Money Map Press content or render a security warning. These warnings are caused by a number of factors. To can reduce these warnings add “https://moneymappress.com” to a list of “authorized” or “safe” domains within your computer’s security program or browser settings.

Cache stores temporary files, such as Web pages and other online media, that your browser downloaded from the Internet. A cache can speed up page loading and site performance.
If you’re experiencing inconsistent issues accessing content on the website you may want to try “clearing your cache”. Clearing your cache and cookies will erase your settings from websites you visit regularly. Some effects of clearing cache are:
- Websites may load a little slower on the first visit afterward, since images and content have to be reloaded
- If you opted to have certain websites remember your login information (username and/or password), this may be cleared from your browser’s memory. You will have to type in the login information and sign in again to access your account on the website(s).
For your convenience we’ve included instructions on how to clear your cache for Chrome and Mozilla / Firefox.
You may not be able to access the information included with your subscription for one of three common reasons:
- If you are trying to locate a special report or research report, you have access to all the reports for the service(s) to which you are subscribed. Please log onto moneymappress.com. Once you log in, select the newsletter or trading service to which you are subscribed from the list on the screen. All of the available resources and content will then appear below. Then select “Research Reports” which will take you to a full list of available reports for that service.
- If you have just added a new subscription to your account, you will have to refresh your account to access any new special reports. To do this, click the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page then select “Log Out”. You will then be directed to our login page where you will need to enter your username and password to log back in. Once you have logged in, you should see a check mark next to your new subscription when you click on the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of your screen.
- If you are having trouble downloading the PDF version of the reports and issues, you may want to update your Adobe software. It’s free and safe to use. To download Adobe, click this link: get.adobe.com/reader. We also provide a HTML-friendly version of most of our publications for your convenience, which you can find on the same website with the PDF version.

If you click this bubble, you will be directed to your subscription page, where the unread alerts will be bolded.
