How do I update my contact information?

To update your contact information, navigate to your Manage My Account portal. From here you can update your name, Email address, billing address, phone number, etc. You also have the option to request changes to your Contact information by contacting a member of our Customer Support team using the Customer Service Form or by calling 888-384-8339.  They are available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST.

How do I find what subscriptions I’m currently subscribed to?

In your Manage My Account portal, you can go to the Subscriptions tab to view all of our paid subscriptions. Current subscriptions show an Active or Lifetime status, and all other services will show an Inactive status.

You can also see all of your current subscriptions by clicking on “Subscriptions”. There will be an orange check mark next to each of your paid subscriptions

How to update my mailing or email address?

You can update your contact information in your Manage My Account portal. 

From there, navigate to the My Account section to edit your information.

I haven’t been receiving my monthly newsletters in the mail. What should I be looking for?

The name of your newsletter will be listed on the top left of the envelope with the address of 1125 N Charles St. Baltimore, MD 21201. 

We send all of our recommendations via email and only send out hard copy mailings for the following Newsletters: Money Map Report, and Nova x Report.

How Do I Login If I Forgot My Password?

A: If you forgot your password, then you can go to this link to change your password. You can also reach this page by clicking “Forgot Password” under where you enter your login information.

From there, enter the email address associated with your account. You will then choose between two options: EMAIL ME and Send Secure Login Link.

EMAIL ME: You’ll receive an email to the address provided titled “Forgot Password”. It will contain a link to reset your password.

*If “Error occurred” appears in red when choosing your new password, that means our system does not recognize an account with the email address provided. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

SEND SECURE LOGIN LINK: You’ll receive an email titled “Forgot Password” shortly. It will contain a link that automatically logs you into your account. This link expires after 24 hours and does not reset your password.

*If you’re prompted to login again after following the link, that means our system does not recognize an account with the email address provided.

Where can I manage my subscriptions?

In My Account, you can go to the Subscriptions tab to view all of our paid subscriptions. Current subscriptions show an Active status.

Another way to review active publication is by going to the Subscriptions tab in the main navigation on www.moneymappress.com. Active subscriptions show an orange check-mark next to the publication name.

The subscriptions tab on Money Map Press shows all of the current and active subscriptions.

If you want to cancel one of your paid subscriptions, then you will need to contact us.

Can’t find a Contract

With some brokerage platforms, there is set number of strike prices that are listed by default (typically between 5-10 are shown). Your brokerage platform should have the option to increase that limit of how many you can see at one time. If you hover around the settings/filter of your options window, you should be able to increase the number of displayed strike prices.

How do I start investing?

How much money should I invest?

We get this question a lot, and it’s impossible to answer, because every investor’s objectives and risk tolerance are different.

The short answer: That’s entirely up to you and your broker.

In general, we do recommend two risk management principles: 1) following a “position sizing” discipline that works for you and 2) using trailing stops to protect your principal and your profits. Beyond that, we can’t offer any advice about how much to invest in any position.

One rule of thumb you may want to follow is to make certain you don’t have any more than 2% of your risk capital exposed to any single investment (unless specifically advised by the editor). Studies show that this helps keep risk down to palatable levels, while still allowing you to build a diversified risk portfolio capable of stellar performance over time.

When your 2% max investment is combined with a 25% trailing stop, you should never lose more than 0.5% of the value of your total portfolio on any one play. Let’s say you have $100,000 to invest. The max you would put into any position is $2,000. And with a 25% trailing stop, the most you could ever lose in that play is $500 (1/200th of your total).

When it comes to controlling risk and position sizing, there are many rules, but one trumps them all… don’t play the game if you don’t have the cash to back it up.

How do I access alerts and research reports?

As a new or existing customer, you have access to all the alerts and reports for the service(s) to which you are subscribed.

Go to moneymappress.com. If you are logged in, you will see a listing of subscriptions. If you are not logged in, then you will need to for access to alerts and research reports. Please refer to the help login FAQ if you need assistance.

After you log in, click or press on the newsletter or trading service subscription. An option for Alerts and Research Reports will appear if they are part of your subscription.

Shows the navigation to get to a subscriptions alerts or research reports.  

To get there, tab to the subscription name. Then, press enter on the subscription name. It is then possible to tab to the Research Report or Alert navigation

You can also access Alerts and Research Reports on your dashboard.

How can I save articles I’d like to read later on the Money Map Press app?

When you first open the Money Map Press app, you will be taken to your Subscriptions page. You will see a banner with tabs marked Subscriptions, Feed, Saved, and Account. Select the Saved tab. If you do not have any saved posts it will look like this:

To save a post, select Save to Read Later next to the editor’s picture in any article. Once the post successfully saves, a banner will appear stating “This post has been saved to read later!” You can then access it via the Saved tab. Posts saved on the app will appear under “My Account” and “View My Saved Articles” on our site as well.

How do I view which subscriptions I’m subscribed to on the Money Map Press app?

Upon logging in, the Money Map Press app will bring you to the Subscriptions page. From here, you will see all of the services you are subscribed to as well as when you first subscribed to them.

If you select one of your subscriptions, it will bring you to the Dashboard. This is where you will find all the features offered by each service. The Dashboard will always open to an Overview tab with the latest updates and issues. On the Overview tab, other sections of the Dashboard may include the following:

  • Portfolio: Current snapshot of the editor’s open portfolio, including ticker symbols, prices, and trade instructions. You can click “Read More” in the Notes section to get more information on a specific trade.
  • Alerts: Record of updates sent out via email, including recent issues, trade alerts and announcements.
  • Research Reports: Collection of special reports associated with the service, detailing background information on getting started and the inner workings of a service, or extra opportunities outside of the typical investment strategy offered by the publication.
  • Media: Archive of videos that may contain educational material, editor roundtables, or podcasts.

Why did I stop receiving text message alerts for my paid subscriptions?

If you have recently replied STOP to one of our text messages it will stop all text messages for any publications you receive text alerts for. Therefore you will need to text START to 32664 to unblock us. From there, you will begin receiving the same SMS messaging you were signed up for before opting out.

How do I manage my free subscriptions?

It is easy to subscribe and unsubscribe from our free subscription services.

In the Money Map Press My Account area, you can view your free eLetter subscription status.

Use the “Turn On” and “Turn Off” toggles to add and remove free e-letters from your account.

You will be prompted to once you make a selection to confirm the change.

How do I subscribe to text alerts?

If you would like to receive a text message when an editor puts out a new alert, you can find the option to Subscribe to Text Alerts in the More tab of the Dashboard. To learn more about the Dashboard, click here. Please be aware that the Nova-X Report and Money Map Report do not support text alerts at this time. You may also click the name of a service below to go to the text alerts page now.

I thought I subscribed to text alerts but I’m not receiving them. What do I do?

Your phone number may be blocked from being added to our text alert lists. To unblock your phone number, please text the word START to 32664, follow the prompts, then try subscribing to text alerts for your services again. You can also reach out to your cell phone provider for further assistance.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from email and text alerts?

Subscribe to Texts:

Navigate to the Dashboard of the subscription that you would like to receive text alerts from. Hover over the ‘More’ folder icon and click on “Subscribe to Text Alerts”.

Unsubscribe from Texts:

To Unsubscribe from Text Alerts: Reply “STOP” to one of the text messages you have received.  Keep in mind that this will stop all text messages for any publications you currently receive text alerts for.  

If there are still services that you would like to receive text alerts for, text “START” to 32664 to unblock us. Once that is complete, you will begin receiving all alerts you were previously subscribed to.

If you would like to unsubscribe from specific text alerts, text “MANAGE” to 32664 to see a list of your subscriptions, and keywords to remove yourself from each individual list.

Unsubscribing from emails

For assistance with limiting how many emails you get, we encourage you to write a message to our support team using the Customer Service Form. 

If you’d prefer to speak over the phone, you can call our  Customer Support Team at 888-384-8339. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST

I am not receiving email/mail from you. What do I do?

Most often, if you are not receiving emails, it means that your email service provider thinks they’re Spam.  We recommend checking your spam folder for the missing email and marking it as “Report not Spam”. This will return the email to your general inbox. 

To prevent our emails from being blocked or sent to spam/junk in the future, be sure to “Whitelist” our email address(s). When you Whitelist our email address, you are simply adding our email address to your email address book as a contact.  If you have done this and are still not receiving emails, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at 888-384-8339. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST

How do I cancel a subscription I’ve purchased?

If you wish to cancel your automatic renewal on a publication you can do so by completing the Customer Service Form or by contacting customer service over the phone. For certain publications we also offer the ability to cancel automatic renewal via the My Account portal.

If the subscription that you are looking to cancel cost more than $500 you will need to call and speak with a member of our customer support team at 888-384-8339.  They are available Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST.

If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the website and will no longer receive updates on your recommendations.  

You also have the option to turn off the automatic renewal feature so that you can continue with your service until it expires. If you would like to turn off the auto-renewal feature, we encourage you to fill out the Customer Service Form

How do I cancel a renewal of my subscription?

If your renewal fee costs $500 or less, you can submit a cancellation request via the Customer Service Form.

If the renewal that you are looking to cancel costs more than $500 you will need to call and speak with a member of our Customer Support team at 888-384-8339.  They are available Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST.

How do I remove my subscription from automatic renewal?

For some services, you are able to disable the Auto Renew feature within your Manage My Account portal in the Subscriptions section. From here you can select the option to “Cancel Auto-Renew”

You will then be asked to confirm the Auto-Renew cancellation. If you later decide you would like to turn the feature back on, you would need to contact Customer Service to do so. 

If you wish to turn off the automatic renewal feature of your publication you can do so by submitting a request via our Customer Service Form or by phone at 888-384-8339.  Our Customer Support team is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST.

How can I the find the expiration date of my subscription?

You can see the expiration dates of your subscriptions within your Manage My Account portal. 

Click on “Subscriptions’ in the left hand panel and you’ll see the expiration date for any of your paid subscriptions. If your auto-renew feature has been cancelled, your subscription will discontinue at this time.

How do I change payment information?

For your security, we do not store your payment information on our site. If you would like to change your payment information for any of your subscriptions, please contact our Customer Support Team at 888-384-8339. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST.

Note: For security reasons, be sure never to include your credit card information in the contact form or in any emails that you send to us.

How can I cancel my subscription or automatic renewal?

If your renewal fee costs $500 or less, you can submit a cancellation request via the Customer Service Form.

If the renewal that you are looking to cancel costs more than $500 you will need to call and speak with a member of our Customer Support team at 888-384-8339.  They are available Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST.

Keep in mind, If you cancel your subscription or recent renewal, you will lose access to the website and will no longer receive updates on your open recommendations.  You also have the option to turn off the automatic renewal feature so that you can continue with your service until it expires. If you would like to do this, we encourage you to fill out the Customer Service Form

How can I save articles I’d like to read later?

Within the Research Reports tab of any of your subscriptions, you are given the options to save, print, and/or download an article. To save one so that you can read it later on our website or app, simply click save.

In order to access saved articles you’ll need to click “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen then “View My Saved Articles.” From here you can read your saved articles as well as remove articles from your reading list. Articles saved on our site will appear within the “Saved” tab on our app as well.

What comes with my subscription?

Each subscription on the Money Map Press website has its own Dashboard page. This is where you will find all the features offered by each service, including Research Reports, the Portfolio, and any Media that the editor has released. The Dashboard will always open to an Overview tab with the latest updates and issues. Next to the Overview tab, the other sections of the Dashboard may include:

  • Portfolio: Current snapshot of the editor’s open portfolio, including ticker symbols, prices, and trade instructions. You can click “Read More” in the Notes section to get more information on a specific trade.
  • Updates: Record of alerts sent out via email, including recent issues, trade alerts and announcements.
  • Research Reports: Collection of special reports associated with the service, detailing background information on getting started and the inner workings of a service, or extra opportunities outside of the typical investment strategy offered by the publication.
  • Media: Archive of videos that may contain educational material, editor roundtables, or podcasts.
  • More: Dropdown tab that includes extra features offered by the service which may encompass Subscribe to Text Alerts, Glossaries, or Archives.

Why can’t I access a publication I’ve paid for?

Whenever you join a new service, your account must be refreshed. To do this, click the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page then select “Log Out”. You will then be directed to our login page where you will need to enter your email address and password to log back in. Once you have logged in, you should see a check mark next to your new subscription when you click on the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of your screen.

When will I receive my first issue?

For all of our services, you will receive your first email alert within one week. If you are a Energy Advantage, Money Map Report, Nova-X Report, or Fast Fortune Club subscriber, your first mailed issue will be delivered approximately one month after your subscription start date.

Where can I find new reports I see advertised in promotions?

If the report is being offered by a service that you are currently subscribed to, you will find it in the Special Reports section of your subscription’s Dashboard.

If you are not currently subscribed to the service offering the report, you will need to purchase that subscription to access it.

How do I access videos and media?

From your subscription’s Dashboard, locate the Media tab. From there you can view any videos or media that come with your subscription. 

You can also get to the Media page for any of your subscriptions from the Money Map Press homepage. You’ll see an orange check mark next to each service you subscribe to. Click on the name of your subscription and then “Media”.

What is the Portfolio Tracker?

With our Portfolio Tracker, you can easily track all the stocks you care about on a single, customizable dashboard. This tool allows you to:

  • Track real-time pricing.
  • Receive email alerts when a stock is given an action alert, such as a buy or sell.
  • Import all of your subscriptions’ portfolios.

If you would like to add a stock from your personal portfolio, you can search for the company name or ticker symbol. Simply click the company name in the search results to add it to the tracker. If you would like to import an editor’s current portfolio, you can select the “Import From Your Subscriptions” tab. You can then select the publication you would like to track from the list. Why do I get a security warning when trying to access the website?

Security programs enabled on your computer or Browser settings may prohibit access to Money Map Press content or render a security warning. These warnings are caused by a number of factors. To can reduce these warnings add “https://moneymappress.com” to a list of “authorized” or “safe” domains within your computer’s security program or browser settings.

What is a “cache”?

Cache stores temporary files, such as Web pages and other online media, that your browser downloaded from the Internet. A cache can speed up page loading and site performance.

If you’re experiencing inconsistent issues accessing content on the website you may want to try “clearing your cache”. Clearing your cache and cookies will erase your settings from websites you visit regularly. Some effects of clearing cache are:

  • Websites may load a little slower on the first visit afterward, since images and content have to be reloaded
  • If you opted to have certain websites remember your login information (username and/or password), this may be cleared from your browser’s memory. You will have to type in the login information and sign in again to access your account on the website(s).

For your convenience we’ve included instructions on how to clear your cache for Chrome and Mozilla / Firefox.

I Am Having Trouble Getting Access to a Special Report/Newsletter/Research Report. What Do I Do?

Where to find your Reports: You should have access to all current and future reports for the service(s) to which you are subscribed. Once you log in to your account, select the appropriate newsletter or trading service and then select “Research Reports.” This will take you to a full list of available reports for that service.

How to see Reports from a service you just purchased: If you have just added a new subscription to your account, you will have to refresh your account to access any new special reports. To do this, click the “My Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page then select “Log Out”. You will then be directed to our login page where you will need to enter your username and password to log back in. Once you have logged in, you should see a check mark next to your new subscription when you click on the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of your screen.

How to Troubleshoot issues downloading a Report: If you are having trouble downloading the PDF version of the reports and issues, you may want to update your Adobe software. It’s free and safe to use. To download Adobe, click this link: get.adobe.com/reader. We also provide a HTML-friendly version of most of our publications for your convenience, which you can find on the same website with the PDF version.
